How does the process work from 'get go' ?

Once you communicate your willingness to use our services via email / phone / email chat, we assign an Account Manager to work with you. After understanding your requirement he/she will assign the recruiter / team from our vast pool of inhouse recruiters.

How do I know that the recruiter understands our specific needs?

The Account Manager and the recruiter first understands your requirements. They will have thorough communications on email and phone to understand every nuances of the requirement. After clearing any doubts we assign a SLIM score to the requirement and we agree on an SLA for the requirement, and star the recruitment process.

What are the hours and days when a recruiter works ?

Normally the working days are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 PM EST/CST/MST/PST or any other timezone of the particular client. The client can change the working hours of the recruiter based on the requirement.

Can they work on weekends ?

There are some specific recruitment drives which are conducted during weekends. In such cases our recruiters work during the weekends to ensure that their candidates are available during the interviews and co-ordinate the whole process.

Is there a contract ?

We work from assignment to assignment, and month to month on the dedicated resource model. Hence there are NO contracts at all.

What are your payment terms.?

Our services are done pre-paid. We prefer charging a major credit card as in Master, Visa or American Express. Payment options by way of Paypal of wire transfer is also available.

Do you'll issue refunds ?

Very rarely does this request occur, but you can cancel anytime. For a monthly billing package the refund will be prorated based on the day of cancellation.

How are the holidays and sick leaves handled ?

There is a list of common holidays followed by 123rpo.com (as listed in the website) Recruiters will not be working on those days. We do have leave reserves who will cover for the days if a falls sick for more than one day. But if the sick leave is only for a day then the person will work extra during the weekend to compensate for the lost day.

How do I know if the recruiter is being productive ?

Well, the money paid is for the qualified resumes submitted as per the agreed SLA. So the proof of the pudding is in the number of qualified CVs submitted and the further closure of the requirement. We also have the account manager sending in a daily report on the activity of the recruiter for the day, which gives various metrics on the person's productivity.

How long does it take to have a person on board ?

For shorter projects we would have people immediately on board. For a dedicated recruiter it may take anywhere between one and two weeks from the date of confirmation.

Do we have a free trial ?

Yes ofcourse. For smaller projects you can have one requirement being worked on as a sample. For a dedicated monthly resource, you will have the first two months as free trial. Thats a 50% off on first month.
